Meet + Greet Service

Our Meet + Greet service ensures a smooth and welcoming airport experience. Your Chauffeur will park, meet you in the terminal near baggage claim, and hold a sign displaying your name for easy identification. Your Chauffeur will assist with your luggage while accompanying you to the parked vehicle.

While Meet and Greet is optional at most airports, some may require this service. Details and availability will be provided during the booking process, when your specific route is added. Clients who do not book our Meet + Greet service will be picked up outside of the terminal, curbside.

How will my chauffeur know my latest flight details for pickup?

Near your flight’s arrival time, your Chauffeur will closely monitor details via the flight number provided during booking. If there are any changes to your arrival time, your Chauffeur will be aware and will accommodate pickup accordingly.

What does an airport Meet + Greet service include?

Our Meet + Greet service is an optional add-on for airport pickup (required at some airports). If you book a Meet + Greet, your Chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal near baggage claim, holding up a sign with your name on it. Upon landing, your Chauffeur will text you more precise details on where they are waiting for you. Your Chauffeur will assist with your luggage while accompanying you to the parked vehicle.

What should I expect if am being picked up curbside?

If you do not book our Meet + Greet service, your Chauffeur will meet you outside of the terminal at the passenger pickup area. Upon landing, your Chauffeur will text you more precise details on where they are waiting for you.

How far in advance do I need to book a ride?

For some Sedan/SUV vehicles, same day service is available. It is recommended to book your ride in advance (whether that be a day, a week, a month, etc.), to guarantee available service, especially for a vehicle class requiring a custom quote.

Can a large group be accommodated?

Yes! Alongside Sedan/SUV options, we also offer vans, limos, buses, and specialty vehicles. Please Contact Us for more information on how we can service your group, either with multiple vehicles, or larger-capacity vehicles.

How and when do I pay for my ride?

Our goal is to make the payment process as seamless and convenient as possible for you. We securely accept major debit and credit cards. The time of payment will depend on whether you book online (immediate) or contact us for a custom quote (invoice for payment to be provided). In all cases, payment must be completed ahead of the date of service.

Is Chauffeur gratuity included?

Standard Chauffeur gratuity is included in the prices provided online and in custom quotes. Before completing your reservation, you will receive a detailed breakdown of all costs, including the Chauffeur gratuity. If you’ve received exceptional service, additional gratuity is always appreciated by our Chauffeurs.
