How and when do I pay for event transportation?

Our goal is to make the payment process as seamless and convenient as possible. We securely accept major debit and credit cards. Upon reaching out for a Custom Quote, an invoice with payment details will be provided. In some cases, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, while in other cases, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment must be completed ahead of the date(s) of service.

Is Chauffeur gratuity included?

Standard Chauffeur gratuity is included in the price of your custom quote. You will receive a detailed breakdown of all costs, including the Chauffeur gratuity. If you/your passengers received exceptional service, additional gratuity is always appreciated by our Chauffeurs.
